LAS VEGAS – June 10, 2026 – The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will light up Independence Day weekend with the return of its annual “Party in the Sky” celebration, featuring panoramic fireworks views from the iconic Observation Deck, the second annual hot dog eating contest and a lineup of patriotic dining specials, festive cocktails, poolside offerings and gaming promotions available throughout the resort from Thursday, July 3 through Saturday, July 5.
The centerpiece of the holiday weekend will be The STRAT’s annual “Party in the Sky” celebration from the city’s most iconic vantage point – The STRAT Tower’s indoor and outdoor Observation Deck – beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. Tickets are priced at $55 for adults and $35 for children and include Observation Deck admission, hot dogs and chips, party favors, face painting, music by DJ Jerry and the return of the property’s hot dog eating contest following its popular debut last year. Hosted by Emcee Marco, the kids’ competition will take place at 6 p.m., followed by the adults’ session at 7:30 p.m. Military members, veterans and first responders may receive discounted admission with valid identification. Throughout the holiday weekend, guests may also enjoy specialty food and beverage offerings across the resort, available Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5.
Top of the World Steakhouse, the award-winning restaurant known for its revolving 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip, will offer featured dishes including the roasted jalapeño popper dip, with crispy bacon and hot honey drizzle, served with lavash and crostini, priced at $18; the smoke and fire platter featuring whiskey-glazed spareribs, cheddar-stuffed sausage, braised peppers and onions, corn and cucumber salad, french fries, and cheddar and green onion biscuit, priced at $70; and meringue pavlova prepared with Grand Marnier cream, fresh berries and raspberry coulis, priced at $17. Guests may pair their meal with theseasonal old fashioned, crafted with Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Maui Falernum, caramelized pineapple, Angostura aromatic bitters and orange bitters, priced at $23.
McCall’s Grill will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner featuring a classic caprese salad prepared with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze and parsley oil; an 8-ounce filet mignon served with asparagus, sweet potato purée and red wine reduction; and a blueberry lemonade bombe made with blueberry mousse, lemon curd and vanilla chiffon, priced at $57.
STRAT Café will serve a loaded waffle topped with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries and powdered sugar, priced at $16. Guests may also enjoy the waffle sampler featuring two cage-free eggs, three slices of bacon or three sausage links and house fries, priced at $19, with the option to upgrade to a loaded waffle for an additional $3.
At both PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge, guests may enjoy a burger and beer combination featuring a double bacon cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles and burger sauce paired with a 12-ounce domestic beer, priced at $21.
At Swim & Social, guests may cool off with beer buckets featuring Bud Light or Michelob Ultra, priced at $30; and the red, white & blue colada, crafted with Bacardi Superior Rum, coconut, pineapple, strawberry and blueberry, priced at $10. A barbecue platter featuring a half rack of St. Louis-style ribs, hot link, cole slaw, baked beans and a mini cornbread muffin will be available, priced at $28.
The STRAT will offer multiple opportunities for guests to win on the casino floor. The $100,000 Jump Into a Jeep promotion will continue beyond Independence Day, with weekly drawings held on Fridays and Saturdays. True Rewards members who earn 500 same-day base points will receive one electronic drawing entry for the chance to win prizes including gas cards, free slot play, cash and a Jeep Wrangler grand prize. Guests may also participate in the $20,000 Red, White & Boom Cash Hot Seats on Sundays throughout July. True Rewards members with an active gaming rating while playing slots or table games will have the opportunity to win one of 20 cash prizes throughout the day.
Rounding out the month’s promotions, the Pampered Picnic Gift Giveaway will take place Sundays and Mondays. Epic members will receive one complimentary gift each week, while all other True Rewards members may qualify by earning 1,000 points.
